QA Rotating Inspector - Mechanical

• Aramco Approved is plus. • Conduct thorough inspections of rotating mechanical equipment (pumps, turbines, compressors) to ensure compliance with engineering specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. • Perform dimensional inspections, including measurements and verification of tolerances, using precision instruments like calipers, micrometers, and coordinate measuring machines (CMM). • Review and interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and quality control plans to accurately assess product conformity and identify potential discrepancies. • Witness and verify critical tests, such as hydrostatic, performance, and vibration tests, documenting results and ensuring adherence to established procedures. • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field, providing a strong foundation in mechanical principles. • Holds relevant certifications such as API 510/570 or CSWIP, demonstrating a commitment to professional development and industry standards. • Demonstrates 5+ years of experience in quality assurance within the oil and gas, petrochemical, or power generation industries, showcasing sector knowledge. • Exhibits a strong understanding of rotating equipment, including pumps, turbines, and compressors, with hands-on inspection experience.
