QA/QC Manager

• Lead and manage all Quality Assurance and Quality Control activities throughout the project lifecycle. • Develop and implement the Project Quality Management Plan (PQMP). • Ensure compliance with contract requirements, project specifications, and applicable international standards. • Manage QA/QC Engineers, Inspectors, and quality documentation. • Review and approve Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), Method Statements, and Material Submittals. • Monitor inspections, testing activities, and site quality performance. • Manage NCRs, corrective and preventive actions, and continuous improvement initiatives. • Coordinate with Clients, Consultants, and Project Management Teams on all quality-related matters. • Lead internal and external quality audits. • Prepare executive quality reports for senior management. • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related Engineering discipline. • 10–15+ years of experience in construction quality management. • Minimum 5 years as a QA/QC Manager on large-scale or mega projects. • Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems . • Experience working with international consultants and EPC/Main Contractors is highly preferred. • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. • Proficiency in quality management documentation and reporting.
