QA QC Engineer

The QA/QC Engineer will ensure that construction activities comply with project specifications, quality standards, approved procedures, and contractual requirements. Bachelor s Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline. Minimum 10 years experience in QA/QC within supervision or construction projects. Experience in infrastructure, roads, and utility projects. Strong knowledge of international quality management standards. UAE/GCC experience preferred. Professional certifications in quality management are advantageous. Review and monitor implementation of the Contractor s QA/QC Plan. Witness inspections and testing activities. Review Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), method statements, and material submittals. Monitor compliance with approved specifications and standards. Identify non-conformances and ensure corrective actions are implemented. Participate in quality audits and site inspections. Prepare quality reports and maintain project records. Support project handover and closeout quality documentation. Bachelor s Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
