QA-QC Engineer - Static / Rotating - Abu Dhabi

• Develop and implement comprehensive inspection and testing plans for static and rotating equipment, ensuring compliance with project specifications and industry standards. • Conduct thorough visual inspections and non-destructive testing (NDT) on critical equipment such as pressure vessels, heat exchangers, pumps, and compressors. • Review and approve material certifications, welding procedures, and fabrication documentation to verify quality and conformity. • Monitor fabrication and construction activities on-site, identifying and rectifying any deviations from approved drawings and quality requirements. • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field from a recognized institution. • Gulf experience in Oil & Gas projects is Must • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in Quality Assurance and Quality Control for static and rotating equipment in the oil & gas or petrochemical industry. • Possession of internationally recognized NDT certifications (e.g., ASNT Level II in relevant methods like UT, RT, MT, PT). • Certified welding inspector (e.g., CSWIP, AWS) with a strong understanding of welding processes and metallurgy.
