QA/QC Engineer

**Job Title : QAQC Engineer** **Responsibilities:** 1\. Reporting to top management regarding the status, progress and performance of the organization in implementing the quality management system. 2\. Establish and maintain an up\-to\-date library on relevant publications, regulations and instructions concerning quality assurance standards. 3\. Provide a schedule for regular revision of the documented policies and procedures that define the quality control system and fix meetings informing concerned personnel of the date, time, location and agenda. 4\. Responsible for the preparation of pre\-qualification documents, material submittals and Method statements, ITP, PQR, WPS \& WQT. 5\. Maintaining equipment calibration log \& conducting re\-calibration upon the expiry. Review \& approve internal QC inspection reports if necessary. 6\. Main responsibility includes assurance of full compliance to the project requirement, standards and other authority specifications such as ashgal, kahramaa, QP etc. Also, responsible to implement every project’s Quality Management Plan. 7\. Coordinates with QA/QC inspector in all required inspections whether on\-site or offsite as required by the project. 8\. Maintain an approved supplier list and compile and control new supplier quality questionnaires and answer any questions supplier file. Monitor supplier performance and update detail. audit new or suspect suppliers. 9\. Maintain a non\-conformance register to include client/customer complaints, non\-conforming materials supplied, breakdown in company systems of procedure etc. 10\. To ensure that the processes needed for the quality management system are established, implemented, and maintained. 11\. Coordination of corrective action follow\-up audits. **Qualifications:** 1\. Graduate in BS civil/ mechanical engineering from a recognized university. 2\. Number of experiences: 5/10 years \& above. 3\. QAQC procedures and industrial safety \& environmental regulations.
