QA/QC Civil Engineer (Bahraini Only)

**Responsibilities:** * Develop and implement QA/QC plans, ITPs (Inspection and Test Plans), and procedures. * Ensure compliance with IEC, NEC, and local regulations for solar PV systems. * Conduct site inspections, material checks, and audits throughout project phases. * Coordinate with procurement teams to verify the quality of purchased components. * Review and approve vendor quality documents, certificates, and test reports * Perform incoming material inspections, in\-process checks, and final acceptance tests. * Track and resolve non\-conformance reports (NCRs) and implement corrective actions. * Oversee installation and commissioning to ensure quality standards are met. * Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for major issues and recommend preventive measures. * Maintain QA/QC records, inspection logs, and test reports. * Submit weekly/monthly quality reports to project management. * Ensure accurate documentation of as\-built drawings, O\&M manuals, and punch lists Develop and conduct training programs to reinforce quality culture. * Collaborate with design and construction teams to implement best practices. * Recommend process improvements to enhance overall project quality. * Prepare detailed progress reports for senior management and clients. * Maintain accurate records of project specifications, design changes, and approvals. * Escalate Client issues, process anomalies in a timely manner to seniors. * Ensure strict compliance to safety procedures and policies at project site. * Update progress of projects / services to seniors, submit required reports **Requirements:** * Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline. * Minimum 2\-3 years of QA/QC experience in solar PV, electrical, or EPC projects. * Strong knowledge of IEC, NEC, ISO 9001, and quality management systems. * Experience in inspections, testing, commissioning, NCR management, and root cause analysis. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with AutoCAD, Primavera, or ERP systems is an advantage.
