QA Engineer – AI, RAG & Enterprise Applications

• Develop and execute Test Plans, Test Cases and Test Scripts. • Perform Manual Testing, Functional Testing, Regression Testing, Smoke Testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). • Test Enterprise AI applications, RAG platforms, AI Agents and AI Chatbots. • Validate AI-generated responses for accuracy, relevance, consistency and factual correctness. • Identify AI hallucinations, incorrect responses and workflow issues. • Test ERP systems, enterprise portals, customer portals, university portals and complex web applications. • Perform API testing using Postman or similar tools. • Validate integrations with databases, third-party APIs, email systems and business applications. • Perform cross-browser, responsive and mobile compatibility testing. • Report, track and verify software defects using bug tracking tools. • Collaborate with Developers, Business Analysts and Product Managers to ensure high-quality releases. • Participate in Agile/Scrum development processes. • Minimum 2 years of experience in Software Testing / Quality Assurance. • Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC. • Experience testing web-based enterprise applications. • Experience in Manual Testing and Regression Testing. • Basic knowledge of API Testing (Postman or similar). • Basic SQL knowledge for database validation. • Experience using Jira, Azure DevOps or similar bug tracking tools. • Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. • Good written and verbal communication skills.
