QA Automation Lead

**Description:** * Specialist in designing and implementing Test Automation Frameworks using Selenium, Java, BDD Cucumber, enabling scalable automation for Web, Mobile, API, and Enterprise applications. * Extensive experience in UiPath Test Suite and RPA, including: * Setting up and managing UiPath Orchestrator environments. * Configuring and administering Unattended Robots for automated test execution and business process automation. * Scheduling and orchestrating automated test executions using UiPath Orchestrator. * Developing reusable automation workflows and test automation assets. * Integrating UiPath automation with enterprise DevOps pipelines for continuous testing. * Strong expertise in GitLab CI/CD, including repository management, pipeline design, deployment automation, and integration of automated testing tools into CI/CD workflows. * Hands\-on experience integrating UiPath Test Automation, Selenium, and API tests with GitLab pipelines, enabling automated execution, reporting, and quality gates as part of continuous delivery processes. * Comprehensive experience in creating and maintaining GitLab repositories, developing end\-to\-end pipeline architectures, implementing CI/CD practices, and deploying applications to Kubernetes platforms using Helm charts and on\-premises environments. * Expertise in implementing Continuous Testing strategies by integrating automated testing tools with DevSecOps pipelines to improve release quality and deployment velocity. * Strong hands\-on experience in Web, Mobile, API, Desktop Application Development, utilizing Java, VB, Selenium, UFT, and related technologies. * Expertise in cloud\-based testing platforms such as BrowserStack for cross\-browser and mobile testing. * Strong experience in Service Virtualization using IBM Rational Integration Tester (RIT), enabling efficient testing of dependent systems. * Certified in AWS Cloud Practitioner, HashiCorp Terraform, and IBM RFT. * Experience managing distributed teams and coordinating activities across Onshore, Offshore, and Multi\-Vendor delivery models. * In\-depth domain expertise in Corporate Banking, Operations, Payments, and Financial Services platforms. * Proven ability to lead and deliver critical enterprise initiatives under demanding conditions, including Bank Mergers, Disaster Recovery Exercises, Regulatory Changes, and Large\-Scale Transformation Programs. * Strong leadership experience in managing large automation teams, driving automation adoption, mentoring team members, and delivering complex enterprise\-wide programs. * Expert in identifying, designing, and implementing QA Governance Frameworks, Test Automation Strategies, DevOps Practices, and Quality Engineering Processes. * Skilled in risk assessment, impact analysis, and execution of mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery. * Experience in establishing enterprise\-wide testing standards, automation governance models, and continuous improvement initiatives. * Strong understanding of PCI DSS compliance requirements, ensuring data handling and testing practices remain compliant with regulatory standards. * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively present technical and business solutions to senior leadership, business stakeholders, and technology teams. * Demonstrated ability to manage multiple strategic initiatives simultaneously while maintaining quality, delivery timelines, and operational excellence. **Skills:** Selenium , Java , BDD Cucumber
