Purchase Assistant - Procurement & Supply Chain - Female UAE National

• Material Procurement — Source and purchase raw materials (scrap, alloys, chemicals, sand, binders), consumables, and machine spares required for foundry operations. • Supplier Coordination — Communicate with local and international suppliers for quotations, negotiations, and order confirmations. • Purchase Orders — Prepare and process purchase orders, ensuring accuracy in specifications, quantities, and delivery timelines. • Inventory Monitoring — Coordinate with stores to track stock levels and initiate timely replenishment. • Logistics Follow up — Follow up on shipments, delivery schedules, and transport arrangements for factory materials. • Quality & Compliance — Ensure purchased items meet technical specifications and quality standards required for foundry operations. • Vendor Documentation — Maintain vendor records, price lists, contracts, and purchase documentation. • Cost Control — Assist in price comparison, negotiation, and cost saving initiatives. • Internal Coordination — Work closely with production, maintenance, and finance teams for approvals, material planning, and invoice processing. • ERP Entry — Update purchase entries, GRN follow ups, and supplier invoices in ERP system • Technical Knowledge of foundry raw materials, consumables, and machine spare parts. • Negotiation Skills for supplier dealings. • ERP & MS Office proficiency. • Documentation Accuracy and attention to detail. • Communication Skills for internal and external coordination. • Time Management in handling multiple purchase requests. • Basic Finance Understanding for invoice and LPO processing Qualification: Minimum: Bachelor’s Degree Preferred: Supply Chain, Procurement, Business Administration, or related field Experience: Minimum: 1–3 years of experience in manufacturing or foundry procurement preferred.
