Public Relations Officer (PRO)

**About the Company:** We are an international accounting, tax, and legal consulting firm supporting global businesses and investors expanding into Oman and the GCC region. **Role Overview:** We are seeking an experienced and proactive Public Relations Officer (PRO) to serve as the primary liaison between our employer, foreign clients, and government authorities across the Sultanate of Oman. **Key Responsibilities:** * Free Zone \& Mainland Registration: Handle registration and compliance with government authorities across Oman's key Free Zones — SEZAD (Duqm), SFZA (Salalah), SOFZA (Sohar), AMFZA (Al Mazunah) — as well as Mainland (MOCIIP). * Licensing \& Bank Setup: Submit and follow up on applications for commercial licenses, Computer Cards, tax registrations, and corporate bank account openings for foreign clients. * Corporate Amendments: Process updates to corporate documents, company names, business activities, registered addresses, or tax incentive applications. * Legalization \& Compliance: Manage translation, legalization, and apostille of corporate documents to meet local regulatory requirements. * Local Client Support: Accompany and assist international clients at government bodies, ministries, and commercial banks in Oman. **Candidate Requirements:** * Languages: Native/Fluent Arabic and Professional Business English (written and spoken). * Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of direct experience as a PRO or Government Relations Officer in Oman. * Regulatory Expertise: Strong understanding of Omani commercial laws, Free Zone regulations, and hands\-on experience with government online portals (e.g., Invest Easy / MOCIIP). * Skills: Excellent negotiation, organizational, and document\-handling skills. **What We Offer:** * Competitive base salary (400–550 OMR). * Professional growth in an international legal and consulting firm.
