Public Relations Officer

Helpline Group is looking for an experienced and responsible Public Relations Officer (PRO) for our Bahrain branch. The candidate will be responsible for handling government\-related documentation, visiting ministries and embassies, and assisting clients with official procedures. A valid Bahrain driving license and own car are mandatory for this role. Key Responsibilities Visit ministries, embassies, and government departments for documentation and approvals Handle visa processing, immigration formalities, and other legal documentation Assist clients in bank account opening procedures Coordinate with government authorities for company and client\-related matters Ensure timely submission and collection of official documents Maintain proper records of all transactions and document status Provide updates to management regarding ongoing applications and approvals Ensure compliance with Bahrain labor and immigration laws Requirements Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a PRO in Bahrain Valid Bahrain Driving License (Mandatory) Own car is mandatory for official visits and documentation work Good communication skills in English \& Hindi (Mandatory) Arabic language skills will be an added advantage Good knowledge of Bahrain government procedures and documentation Strong coordination and organizational skills Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks Preferred Skills Familiarity with ministries, embassies, LMRA, and other government authorities Professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills Time management and problem\-solving ability Application Question(s): Do you own a car and have a valid driving license?
