**Requirements** * **Nationality:** Egyptian * **Experience:** Minimum **1 year of direct experience** with **Abu Dhabi Court procedures** * **Languages:** Fluent in **Arabic and English** (written and verbal) * **Skills:** * Strong knowledge of **UAE labor law** * Solid understanding of **immigration procedures** * Proficiency in **judicial portal systems** * Excellent communication and coordination abilities * Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines **Key Responsibilities** * **Court Procedures** — Manage and process all tasks related to Abu Dhabi Court systems, including submissions, follow‑ups, and documentation. * **Government Liaison** — Act as the main point of contact with government entities, ensuring timely completion of all legal and administrative requirements. * **Immigration Processes** — Handle visa applications, renewals, cancellations, and other immigration‑related tasks. * **Labor Law Compliance** — Ensure company compliance with UAE labor regulations and support HR with employee‑related government processes. * **Judicial Portal Management** — Navigate and manage online judicial portals for case updates, filings, and documentation. * Prepare and submit official letters, forms, and applications as required. * Maintain accurate records of all government transactions and deadlines. * Support internal teams with updates on case progress, legal requirements, and procedural changes. موقع العمل: بشكل شخصي
