Public Relation Officer - Arabic Speaker

**Job Summary** The **Public Relations Officer (PRO)** handles the daily administrative execution of all company government transactions in Abu Dhabi and the UAE. This role focuses on hands\-on document processing, visa and labor administration, trade license renewals, and direct field coordination with government departments to support daily business operations. **Key Responsibilities** * **Visas \& Labor Processing:** Execute employee visa applications, work permits, labor contract typing, visa renewals, cancellations, and Emirates ID processing through relevant portals. * **Licensing \& Permits:** Complete trade license renewals, establishment card updates, tenancy registrations (Tawtheeq), and government attestations. * **Document Clearing \& Submissions:** Submit, track, and collect official paperwork, certificates, and legal approvals from municipal and federal offices. * **Portal Operations:** Maintain and process daily transactions across government platforms (**ICP, MOHRE, TAMM, ADDED, MOFA, UAE PASS**). * **Record Keeping:** Track expiration dates for all corporate documents, employee visas, and permits to avoid fines and ensure zero operational delays. **Qualifications \& Requirements** * **Experience:** 2–3 years of hands\-on UAE PRO experience (Abu Dhabi background preferred). * **Knowledge:** Deep familiarity with UAE immigration, labor, and commercial licensing procedures. * **Languages:** **Bilingual fluency in Arabic and English** (essential for handling government paperwork and portal typing). * **Mobility:** Valid **UAE Driving License** required for daily field visits and authority runs. * **Skills:** Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in typing and online portal navigation.
