**Job Summary** =============== We are seeking an experienced **Public Relations Officer (PRO)** to manage all government\-related processes and ensure full compliance with UAE labor, immigration, and corporate regulations. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of UAE government procedures, excellent relationships with relevant authorities, and the ability to handle all official documentation efficiently. **Arab nationalities are preferred.** **Key Responsibilities** ======================== ### **Government Relations** * Process employment visas, work permits, labor cards, Emirates IDs, and residency visas. * Handle visa renewals, cancellations, status changes, and medical appointments. * Coordinate with UAE government authorities including MOHRE, ICP, GDRFA, Dubai Economy (DED), Free Zones, Municipalities, and other regulatory bodies. * Ensure timely completion of all government\-related transactions. ### **Company Licensing \& Compliance** * Process company trade license renewals and amendments. * Maintain all company legal documents and government registrations. * Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws, immigration regulations, and government requirements. * Track document expiry dates and ensure timely renewals. ### **Employee Services** * Support employees with visa applications, Emirates ID registration, medical testing, and onboarding documentation. * Assist with family visa applications when required. * Provide guidance to employees on government\-related procedures. ### **Administration \& Documentation** * Prepare and submit official applications, letters, and government documentation. * Maintain accurate records of all government transactions. * Coordinate document attestation, notarization, and legalization when required. * Prepare regular reports on visa status, renewals, and compliance activities. ### **Stakeholder Coordination** * Build and maintain strong working relationships with government entities. * Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth processing of employee and company documentation. * Support management with government compliance updates and regulatory changes. **Qualifications** ================== ### **Education** * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Human Resources, Law, or a related field. ### **Experience** * Minimum **3–5 years** of experience as a PRO in the UAE. * Proven experience handling immigration, labor, and government\-related procedures. * Experience working with mainland companies and/or UAE Free Zones is preferred. **Requirements** ================ * **Currently based in the UAE.** * **Arab nationalities are preferred.** * Valid UAE driving license is preferred. * Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law and Immigration procedures. * Excellent Arabic and English communication skills (spoken and written). * Ability to work independently and manage multiple government processes simultaneously. * High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality. **Technical Skills** ==================== * MOHRE Portal * ICP Smart Services * GDRFA Systems * UAE Pass * Free Zone Portals * Microsoft Office Suite * Document Management Systems **Key Competencies** ==================== * Government Relations * UAE Labor \& Immigration Knowledge * Regulatory Compliance * Documentation Management * Communication \& Negotiation * Attention to Detail * Time Management * Problem Solving * Stakeholder Management * Confidentiality \& Professionalism **Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)** ===================================== * Timely processing of visas and work permits. * Zero compliance violations or expired government documents. * On\-time license and permit renewals. * Employee satisfaction with PRO services. * Accuracy of documentation and government submissions. * Turnaround time for government transactions. * Compliance with UAE labor and immigration regulations. **Benefits** ============ * Competitive salary package. * Medical insurance. * Annual leave as per UAE Labor Law. * Visa provided by the company. * Career growth and professional development opportunities. **Working Conditions** ====================== * Full\-time position based in the UAE. * Frequent visits to government departments and regulatory authorities. * May require travel within the UAE to complete official transactions. * Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple government processes simultaneously.
