Public Area Attendant

Provide genuine hospitality and recognition in the work area. Anticipate guest needs and takes ownership of guest concerns and requests; acts decisively to ensure guest satisfaction. Offers a special service touch when an opportunity is presented. Maintain public areas of the hotel washrooms to be clean and refreshed/stocked, routine checks of all public areas. Clean and self-inspects public areas as assigned and in accordance with Four Seasons standards. Previous experience as Housekeeping Attendant within 5* luxury Hotels. Great attention to detail.
