Job description

To provide psychological counseling and mental health support services to university students, promote student well-being and mental health, and assist students in adapting to university life while overcoming psychological, social, and academic challenges, thereby supporting their academic achievement and personal development. Qualifications Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling Psychology, Mental Health, or a related field from an accredited university. Professional licensure or certification in counseling or psychotherapy is preferred. Experience Minimum of 3 5 years of experience in psychological counseling or student support services, preferably within a higher education institution. Required Skills • Strong individual and group counseling skills. • Ability to manage crises and provide early psychological intervention. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong report writing and data analysis skills. • Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team. • Commitment to professional confidentiality and ethical standards. • Proficiency in relevant computer systems and software applications.
