**Main Responsibilities:** **Rent Collection and Lease Management:**Negotiate lease terms with potential tenants. Efficiently collect rent, manage lease renewals, and address evictions with a proactive approach. **Building Maintenance and Repair:** Schedule and oversee maintenance and repairs to ensure properties are impeccably maintained. Ensure compliance with safety codes and regulations. **Budgeting and Financial Management:** Develop and manage budgets, closely monitoring expenses to maximize property profitability. **Marketing and Leasing:** Strategically market available spaces to attract high\-quality tenants. Showcase properties to prospective tenants and negotiate lease terms to optimize occupancy rates. **Compliance:** Ensure the property aligns with laws, including zoning regulations and health and safety codes. **Communication and Interpersonal Skills:** Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with tenants, landlords, and other stakeholders.
