Key Responsibilities Generate and manage a pipeline of buyer, seller, landlord, and tenant leads Conduct property valuations and advise on pricing strategy List and manage properties across CRM systems Qualify leads, conduct viewings, and negotiate deals through to completion Build and maintain strong long-term client relationships Stay current with Dubai market trends, new developments, and regulatory updates Represent your brokerage with professionalism at all times Already based in Dubai with active real estate experience RERA certified (or currently valid) Strong local market knowledge and an existing network Confident, professional, and genuinely target-driven Comfortable in a commission-based environment Valid UAE driving license High, uncapped commission structure Smooth transition support, we make switching straightforward Visa and medical insurance CRM, marketing, and internal lead support Ongoing coaching and clear progression pathways Performance incentives and growth opportunities Already in Dubai?
