• Understand clients' property requirements through professional consultations. • Recommend suitable residential and commercial properties based on client needs. • Conduct property viewings and provide expert market guidance. • Negotiate offers and successfully close sales and leasing transactions. • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients. • Keep client records and sales activities updated in the company's CRM system. • Consistently achieve individual sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service. • Previous experience in sales or any customer-facing role. • Minimum 1 year of real estate experience is preferred. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Strong sales mindset with a passion for achieving targets. • Self-motivated, professional, and eager to grow. • A UAE driving licence is an added advantage.
