Property consultant - Leasing

**Location:** Doha, Qatar **Employment Type:** Full\-time Job Overview We are looking for a motivated and results\-driven **Property Consultant – Residential Leasing** to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating residential property listings, assisting clients in leasing apartments, villas, and townhouses, building strong client relationships, and achieving monthly leasing targets. Key Responsibilities: * Generate new residential property listings by building relationships with landlords and property owners. * Prospect and secure exclusive residential leasing listings. * Generate new leasing leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and prospecting. * Manage and follow up with company\-provided leads. * Conduct property viewings and present suitable residential properties based on clients' requirements. * Match qualified tenants with suitable apartments, villas, and townhouses. * Negotiate lease terms between landlords and tenants. * Maintain strong relationships with landlords, property owners, and tenants. * Ensure all residential listings are accurate, up to date, and market\-ready. * Stay informed about the Qatar residential rental market, pricing, and available inventory. * Prepare and complete all leasing documentation in accordance with company policies. * Update the CRM system with client interactions, listings, and transaction progress. * Meet or exceed monthly targets for listings, viewings, lease agreements, and revenue. * Represent the company professionally and deliver an exceptional customer experience. Requirements: * Previous experience in residential real estate leasing or property sales is preferred. * Proven ability to generate property listings and close leasing transactions is an advantage. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. * Strong sales and customer service mindset. * Self\-motivated, target\-driven, and able to work independently as well as within a team. * Knowledge of the Qatar residential real estate market is an advantage. * Valid Qatari Driving Licence is preferred. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems. * Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage.
