Key Responsibilities • Generate and manage property sales and leasing opportunities • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and investors • Conduct property viewings and consultations • Advise clients on market trends, property values, and investment opportunities • Negotiate and close real estate transactions • Maintain accurate records using the company's CRM system • Achieve individual sales and leasing targets Requirements • Previous experience in real estate sales or leasing is preferred • Strong communication and negotiation skills • Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset • Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities • Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market is an advantage • Valid UAE driving license is preferred
