Project Supervisor (Aluminium, Carpentry & Civil Works)

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced **Project Supervisor** to oversee aluminium, carpentry, and civil projects across multiple sites in Dubai. The successful candidate will report directly to the **Managing Director** and will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires a proactive leader with excellent site management, technical knowledge, and strong communication skills. Key Responsibilities * Report directly to the Managing Director regarding project progress, challenges, and resource requirements. * Supervise daily site operations for aluminium, glazing, carpentry, and civil works. * Coordinate with engineers, foremen, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients. * Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules. * Monitor workmanship and maintain high quality standards. * Conduct regular site inspections and identify issues before they affect project progress. * Plan and allocate manpower, materials, tools, and equipment efficiently. * Verify site measurements before fabrication and installation. * Monitor productivity and ensure projects remain on schedule. * Enforce health and safety regulations on all project sites. * Prepare daily and weekly progress reports. * Attend site meetings with clients, consultants, and contractors. * Coordinate material deliveries and monitor inventory requirements. * Resolve site\-related technical and operational issues promptly. * Ensure all works comply with UAE regulations and company standards. Requirements * Minimum **1 year of experience** supervising aluminium, carpentry, and civil projects in the UAE. * Strong knowledge of either aluminium systems, glazing installations, carpentry fit\-out, and civil construction. * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and shop drawings. * Excellent leadership and team management skills. * Strong problem\-solving and decision\-making abilities. * Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage). * UAE Driving License is a plus. * Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage. Preferred Qualifications * Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. * Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously. * Familiarity with UAE building codes and safety regulations.
