**Date:** 9 Sept 2026 **Location:** KW **Company:** Alghanim Industries Long Description Job Summary The Project Supervisor is responsible for smooth run of the phases of a project, as well as ensuring compliance with the agreed terms. Supervising the project team including foremen and technicians. Job Responsibilities Working with the project manager to create a project plan and outline the resources needed to complete each phase of the project. Responsible for coordinating the labor needs for a given project. Performing all tasks necessary to ensure that the project is completed within time and within the allocated budget. Supervise the project team and monitor their performance. Working with the account manager to assess client needs. Develop and implement project work plans and review them as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements. Conduct onsite visits. Designate tasks to team members on the project. Monitor projects to ensure compliance with building codes, ordinances, regulations, policies, procedures, contracts, standards, and specifications. Develop budget estimates and prepare RFPs. Assist in the preparation, solicitation, and review of bids, proposals, and administration of contract documents. Direct and monitor various design and construction\-related activities. Review and optimize technical kitchen drawings, blueprints, and 3D layouts. Verify site measurements to ensure design accuracy before manufacturing. Collaborate with designers to match spatial constraints with client needs. Present design concepts to clients to secure formal customer approval. Act as the primary point of contact for all customer requirements and revisions. Set realistic timelines and manage client expectations throughout the project. Coordinate delivery logistics for cabinetry, appliances, and materials. Manage and supervise on\-site installation teams and subcontractors. Conduct final inspections to ensure adherence to safety and design standards. Resolve any snagging lists or post\-installation issues immediately. Candidate Requirements * Bacholar Degree in Business Administration or a related field * 3 to 5 years of experience in smilar position * Experience in MS office, Design softwares. * Problem\-Solving Skills: Ability to develop new solutions to problems. Having the skills to identify the source of the problem, create, and test solutions. * Teamwork: Able to work well with others in order to get the job done. * Communication Skills: Being able to communicate plans, thoughts, and rationale in the job.
