Project Site Construction Associate Engineer

##### **Overview** #### **Job Details:** Supervise construction activities to ensure projects are completed on schedule and meet required quality standards. Monitor daily site operations and verify that all work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements. Maintain and update construction records, including site diaries, progress reports, inspection records, and other project documentation. Coordinate daily activities with contractors, subcontractors, and project teams while providing guidance to resolve on\-site issues. Perform duties at both office and construction site locations based on project requirements. Ensure all construction work complies with company procedures, safety regulations, and quality standards. Monitor project progress, identify potential delays, and provide regular progress updates to management. Support initiatives to improve site productivity and assist in resolving operational and technical challenges. Maintain effective communication between site personnel, contractors, consultants, and management to ensure smooth project execution. Conduct routine site inspections to verify workmanship, monitor project quality, and ensure materials are used according to project specifications. #### **Job Experience Requirements** Bachelor's degree in Construction, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline. Fresh graduates as well as experienced candidates are encouraged to apply. Valid driving license is required for travel between project locations. Good working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, internet applications, and AutoCAD. Ability to work on construction sites while managing assigned responsibilities in an organized and efficient manner. Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Willingness to travel to project sites and adapt to changing project requirements when needed.
