PROJECT SALES EXECUTIVE (MARBLE)

**Key Responsibilities:** * Develop new business opportunities for marble, granite, and natural stone projects in Qatar. * Identify and approach contractors, consultants, developers, interior designers, and project owners. * Generate project leads and follow up on tenders, enquiries, quotations, and proposals. * Conduct client meetings and site visits to understand project requirements. * Coordinate with the Estimation, Design, Factory, and Project teams to prepare competitive quotations and proposals. * Negotiate with clients and support the successful closing of projects. * Maintain strong client relationships and monitor the sales pipeline and targets. * Keep updated on market trends, competitors, and upcoming construction/interior projects in Qatar. **Requirements:** * 3–5 years of sales experience in **marble, granite, natural stone, construction materials**. * Strong knowledge of the **Qatar construction/project market** and established client network. * Proven track record in project sales and business development. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship\-management skills. * Qatar driving license and transferable QID preferred.
