URGENT HIRING – PLANNING ENGINEER **Position:** Planning Engineer **Vacancies:** 5 Nos. **Location:** Dubai, UAE **Industry:** Interior Fit\-Out **Salary:** AED 8,000 – 10,000 per month **Joining:** Within 1 week About the Company A leading Interior Fit\-Out company in Dubai is looking for experienced Planning Engineers to join their team. The ideal candidates must have strong experience in **Interior Fit\-Out project planning and execution**. Key Responsibilities * Develop and maintain detailed project schedules for Interior Fit\-Out projects. * Prepare baseline programmes, project schedules, look\-ahead programmes and progress updates. * Monitor project progress against approved schedules and project milestones. * Track critical activities, delays and schedule deviations. * Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, Design Teams, Procurement, QS and subcontractors. * Monitor material approvals, procurement, fabrication and delivery schedules. * Prepare daily, weekly and monthly progress reports. * Identify potential delays and recommend appropriate corrective actions. * Prepare recovery programmes and revised schedules when required. * Monitor manpower, materials and other resources against project requirements. * Coordinate Interior Fit\-Out, Joinery, MEP and finishing activities. * Assist with delay analysis, Extension of Time (EOT) claims and project planning documentation. Requirements * Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or a related field. * **5\+ years of relevant experience in Interior Fit\-Out projects.** * **Interior Fit\-Out experience is mandatory.** * Strong knowledge of project planning, scheduling and progress monitoring. * Proficiency in **Primavera P6 and/or MS Project**. * Good knowledge of MS Excel and project reporting. * Strong understanding of Interior Fit\-Out project execution and site activities. * Excellent coordination and communication skills. * Strong analytical and problem\-solving abilities. * UAE Interior Fit\-Out experience will be highly preferred. * **Candidates must be available to join within 1 week.** How to Apply Interested candidates who meet the above requirements are requested to send their **updated CV**.
