Project Management Services Job Title: IT Project Manager Reporting To: Senior Manager Enterprise Program Delivery PMO Job Type: Full\-Time – On site Job Overview The IT Project Manager is responsible for leading the end\-to\-end delivery of complex technology initiatives, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This role requires bridging the gap between business objectives and technical execution, managing cross\-functional teams, overseeing vendor deliveries, and ensuring alignment with the organization’s overall IT strategy and governance frameworks. Key Roles \& Responsibilities: End\-to\-End Project Delivery Direct and manage the full project lifecycle (Initiation, Planning, Execution, Monitoring, and Closure) for enterprise IT projects (e.g., infrastructure upgrades, software development, system integrations). Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, resource allocation, and budget baselines. Manage project financials, tracking CapEx/OpEx spending and ensuring adherence to approved budgets. Stakeholder \& Governance Management Act as the primary focal point between IT, business units, and executive leadership. Prepare and present clear, actionable project status updates, risk assessments, and milestone reports to C\-level Steering Committees (SteerCo) and key stakeholders. Ensure strict compliance with internal PMO governance, audit requirements, and enterprise architecture standards. Vendor \& Resource Orchestration Manage third\-party vendors, system integrators, and external partners, ensuring adherence to Statements of Work (SoWs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Coordinate cross\-functional technical teams (developers, infrastructure engineers, QA, business analysts) in a matrixed environment. Resolve resource constraints and navigate dependencies across interconnected IT systems. Risk \& Issue Management Proactively identify technical, commercial, and operational risks. Develop robust mitigation strategies and manage escalation processes effectively when project blockers arise (e.g., infrastructure delays, vendor disputes). Methodology \& Continuous Improvement Apply the appropriate delivery methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid) tailored to the specific needs of the project. Drive post\-implementation reviews to capture lessons learned and validate business value realization. Qualifications \& Years of Experience Experience: Minimum of 6–10 years of proven experience in IT project management, with a track record of delivering large\-scale enterprise technology projects. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. (Master’s degree is a plus). Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), cloud migrations, and enterprise architecture principles. Required Certifications Project Management: Active PMP (Project Management Professional) or PRINCE2 Practitioner certification is strictly required. Agile/Scrum: CSM (Certified ScrumMaster), PMI\-ACP, or SAFe certification is highly preferred to support hybrid and iterative delivery models. Pay: RO1,000\.000 \- RO1,500\.000 per month Work Location: In person
