Project Manager, Roads & Highways (Arabic Speaker)

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Project Manager, Roads & Highways (Arabic Speaker) to join our team! In this role you will get to provide direction and management for medium-sized infrastructure projects and ensures on-schedule completion within or below budget in accordance with contractual obligations. What You'll Be Doing: • Plans, directs, supervises, and controls the execution of all business, technical, fiscal, and administrative functions of the assigned project. • Forecasts monthly revenue, labor costs, ODCs, and gross profit for the term of the project. • Develops and manages the budget; oversees the profitability of the project. • Responsible for project invoicing and billing including all accounts receivable and accounts payable. • Oversees establishment of Project Management Plan, Health and Safety Plan, Quality Assurance/Quality Control Plan, and other documents as required. • Establishes the project requirements for all areas of the project, and monitors the draft and final deliverables for adherence to these criteria. • A Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university. • Minimum 10 years of related work experience. • Ability to meet Parsons project management certification requirements. • Effective leadership skills with ability to perform in a management capacity. • Excellent written and oral communications skills. • Thorough knowledge of industry practices and regulations. • Knowledge of current technology and how it can be effectively utilized on projects. • Fluency in Arabic and English language.
