Job description

We are looking for a hands-on Project Manager to lead the end-to-end execution of retail and brand projects across the Middle East, with a strong focus on podiums, animations, in-store events, PR events, pop-ups, and CAPEX furniture installations. The ideal candidate will ensure every project is delivered on time, within budget, and in line with premium brand standards. Key Responsibilities: • Manage the full execution cycle of retail and brand projects, including podiums, animations, in-store events, PR events, pop-ups, and CAPEX furniture across Middle East markets. • Coordinate closely with brand principals, retailers, suppliers, contractors, agencies, logistics, sales, marketing, and finance teams to ensure smooth project delivery. • Prepare and track project timelines, quotations, budgets, approvals, production schedules, delivery plans, installation dates, and post-event dismantling or maintenance requirements. • Ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to approved brand guidelines and execution standards. • Oversee design adaptation, material production, store readiness, furniture installation, event setup, merchandising, and final handover. • Monitor supplier and contractor performance, resolve execution challenges, and ensure high-quality delivery across all touchpoints. • Support post-event follow-up, dismantling, maintenance, reporting, and lessons learned to improve future project execution. Qualifications & Skills: • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field. • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in retail project execution, preferably within fragrance, beauty, luxury or distribution environments. • Sound understanding of the chain related to fixed and temporary furniture builds. • Ability to understand launch concepts and adapt them to real-life locations. • Strong understanding and knowledge of BOQ to control and manage project scope, timelines, budget cost, quantities, and value for materials, labor, equipment, and related requirements. • Knowledge of local regulatory requirements and ability to liaise and obtain permissions and approvals from Civil Defence, Fire & Alarm, CCTV, Municipality, and other relevant authorities. • Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic and/or French is a plus. • Excellent ability to plan and execute projects on time and find solutions where required. • Very organized, detail-oriented, and solution-driven. • Strong negotiation skills to procure quality materials from vendors. • Ability to source, identify, and perform quality checks for standard materials required for project execution. Preferred Experience: • Previous experience handling podiums, animations, pop-ups, in-store events, PR events, or CAPEX furniture installations. • Exposure to fragrance, beauty, luxury retail, or regional distribution businesses across the GCC or Middle East. • Experience coordinating with malls, retailers, brand principals, contractors, and production suppliers.
