### **Project Manager – Trade Finance Implementation** **Role Summary** We are looking for an experienced **Project Manager** with strong expertise in **Trade Finance implementation**, particularly **Islamic Trade Finance**, on **Oracle platforms**. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing end\-to\-end implementation projects, coordinating business and technology teams, and ensuring successful delivery within agreed scope, timelines, and budgets. ### **Key Responsibilities** * Lead end\-to\-end **Trade Finance implementation projects** on Oracle platforms. * Manage implementation of **Islamic Trade Finance** products, workflows, and business processes. * Work closely with Trade Finance, Islamic Banking, Operations, Technology, and business stakeholders to define requirements and deliver solutions. * Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies, and overall delivery. * Coordinate with Oracle implementation teams, vendors, developers, testers, and business users. * Oversee **requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, development, SIT, UAT, migration, and production rollout**. * Ensure the solution meets business, operational, regulatory, and Shariah\-compliance requirements. * Manage project governance, status reporting, steering committee updates, and stakeholder communications. * Lead issue and risk management, ensuring timely resolution and escalation of critical items. * Coordinate **data migration, integration, testing, training, and go\-live activities**. * Ensure proper project documentation, handover, and post\-production support. ### **Required Skills \& Experience** * **8\+ years of experience** in IT project management, with significant experience in **Trade Finance implementations**. * Strong hands\-on knowledge of **Trade Finance products and processes**. * Proven experience in **Islamic Trade Finance / Islamic Banking** implementations. * Experience implementing or integrating **Oracle Trade Finance / Oracle Banking platforms**. * Strong understanding of Trade Finance products such as **Letters of Credit, Guarantees, Documentary Collections, Import/Export Finance, and Islamic Trade Finance structures**. * Experience managing complex banking transformation or implementation projects. * Strong understanding of **SDLC, Agile/Waterfall methodologies, testing, integration, and production deployment**. * Excellent stakeholder management, communication, leadership, and problem\-solving skills. * Experience working with banks, financial institutions, Oracle teams, and third\-party vendors is preferred. ### **Education \& Certification** * Bachelor's degree in **Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, Finance, or a related discipline**. * **PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile certification** is preferred. * Relevant Oracle certification or Trade Finance domain certification is an advantage. **Skills:** Trade Finance , Oracle platforms , Project Management
