LinkedIn profile: ### **About the Position** We are looking for an experienced **Project Manager** with a strong background in project management, team leadership, and multidisciplinary coordination. The Project Manager will be responsible for **planning, coordinating, and delivering projects on time, within scope and budget, while ensuring quality and client satisfaction**. The role involves coordinating internal resources and vendors, managing project risks and changes, monitoring performance, controlling costs, and maintaining effective communication with clients and stakeholders. ### **Key Responsibilities** * Coordinate internal resources, multidisciplinary teams, third parties, and vendors for successful project execution. * Ensure projects are delivered **on time, within scope, and within budget**. * Develop detailed project plans and continuously monitor progress. * Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs. * Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks. * Manage relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders. * Ensure appropriate resource availability and allocation. * Analyze project performance and prepare progress reports for management. * Manage budgetary objectives and monitor project costs. * Lead project teams and delegate responsibilities according to team members' skills and experience. * Coordinate cross\-disciplinary teams to ensure compliance with operational and maintenance requirements. * Identify and resolve project issues. * Facilitate change requests and communicate their impact on schedule and budget. * Ensure compliance with quality, operations, and maintenance standards. * Manage client satisfaction during project transition and obtain project acceptance. * Conduct post\-project evaluations and identify opportunities for improvement. ### **Requirements** * **Bachelor's Degree** in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. * **15 years of total professional experience.** * **10 years of relevant experience** related to the position. * **7 years of managerial or supervisory experience.** * **Fluent English.** * Experience in project management, planning, budgeting, and cost control. * Experience in project risk management. * Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams and external vendors. * Knowledge of plant engineering operations and maintenance processes. * Proficiency in project management software such as **MS Project, Primavera, or similar tools**. * Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and organizational skills. * **PMP** or another relevant certification is preferred. * **Arabic language skills** are considered an advantage. ### **What We Are Looking For** A results\-oriented professional who takes ownership of projects, can effectively lead teams, manage multiple priorities, and communicate confidently with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders. **Application Requirements** To be considered, candidates must: * Submit an updated **Resume (CV) in English** * Complete and answer all questions in the application form Incomplete applications will not be reviewed. **Ready to Lead at the Highest Industrial Standard?** If you combine deep maintenance expertise with executive leadership capability, this is your opportunity to step into a high\-impact strategic role.
