Project Manager – Interior Fit-Out

We are seeking an experienced and highly technical Project Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in interior fit-out execution, with extensive site experience, excellent technical knowledge, and the ability to manage projects from project award through to successful handover. Key Responsibilities • Manage interior fit-out projects from project award to final handover. • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and execution strategies. • Oversee daily site activities and ensure works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project timelines. • Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution. • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement corrective actions to maintain schedule and budget. • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, quality standards, and company procedures. • Review shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, and other technical documentation. • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure the highest standard of workmanship. • Prepare progress reports and attend project meetings. Requirements • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. • Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in Interior Fit-Out (mandatory). • Proven experience managing commercial, retail, hospitality, or residential fit-out projects. • Strong technical knowledge of interior finishes, fixing methods, construction methodologies, and fit-out materials. • Excellent project planning, scheduling, coordination, and execution skills. • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical details. • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. • Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera P6 (preferred), AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office. • Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory).
