Project Manager – Healthcare Cleaning Services

Experience Required * Minimum **5 years of experience in Project Management**, preferably within **Cleaning, Facility Management, or Soft Services**. * Must have **previous experience working in hospitals or healthcare facilities**, preferably in a supervisory or managerial capacity. * Experience in managing **large teams of cleaning staff** and multiple shifts. * Experience in handling **government or healthcare projects** will be an advantage. * **University Bachelor’s Degree** in Business Administration, Project Management, Facilities Management, or a related field. * Candidate should have strong experience in **healthcare cleaning standards, infection control procedures, and workplace safety**. * **Non\-Bahraini candidates only.** Key Responsibilities * Manage and oversee the day\-to\-day operations of cleaning projects * Supervise cleaning teams, supervisors, and site staff to ensure smooth project operations. * Ensure all cleaning services are delivered according to **contract requirements, hospital standards, and company procedures**. * Monitor staff attendance, deployment, shifts, leave, and manpower requirements. * Coordinate with hospital representatives and relevant departments regarding operational requirements and service issues. * Ensure compliance with **infection prevention and control procedures, hygiene standards, health and safety requirements, and hospital protocols**. * Conduct regular site inspections and ensure required cleaning standards are consistently maintained. * Monitor staff performance and take corrective action when required. * Prepare and submit operational reports, attendance reports, incident reports, and other project\-related documentation. * Identify operational issues and implement appropriate corrective measures. * Ensure adequate manpower and cleaning materials/equipment are available at all times. * Handle client complaints and follow up on corrective actions. * Conduct regular meetings with supervisors and site teams to communicate instructions, targets, and operational requirements. * Coordinate with the HR and Operations departments regarding recruitment, staff replacement, disciplinary matters, and manpower planning. * Monitor project performance against agreed KPIs and contractual requirements. * Ensure the project remains compliant with all applicable company, client, health, safety, and hospital requirements. Required Skills \& Competencies * Strong **Project Management and Operations Management** skills. * Proven experience in **Healthcare / Hospital Cleaning Operations**. * Excellent **team leadership and people management** skills. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to deal professionally with **hospital management and government representatives**. * Strong problem\-solving and decision\-making abilities. * Excellent organizational and time\-management skills. * Ability to manage a large workforce and multiple shifts. * Good knowledge of **infection control and healthcare hygiene standards**. * Strong reporting and documentation skills. * Ability to work under pressure and handle operational challenges. * Good knowledge of **MS Office, particularly Excel and Word**. * Strong command of **English**; Arabic is an advantage. * Ability to work on\-site and respond to operational requirements when needed.
