Project Manager - G+Unlimited (DM Approved)

We are looking for a high-caliber, strategic Project Manager (DM Approved, G+Unlimited License) to lead prestigious, large-scale high-rise construction developments in Dubai. As a senior executive, you will carry total accountability for the successful delivery of G+Unlimited projects, managing everything from initial engineering design coordination and authority clearances to final handover and client sign-off. • End-to-End Project Execution: Lead the strategic planning, budgeting, and execution of G+Unlimited high-rise building projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to premium quality standards. • Authority & Liaison Management: Serve as the chief liaison between the company, consultants, clients, and Dubai Municipality (DM) to secure approvals, manage inspections, and maintain compliance. • Contract & Commercial Oversight: Manage contractual agreements, monitor project cash flows, handle variations, and oversee cost-control measures. • Stakeholder & Team Leadership: Direct a massive cross-functional white-collar team, including Construction Managers, Site Engineers, QA/QC, Procurement, and HSE professionals. • Risk & Schedule Management: Proactively identify project constraints, develop mitigation strategies, and optimize critical path activities on master construction schedules. • Experience: Minimum 15+ years of extensive experience in civil construction, with a prominent history of delivering mega-scale high-rise (G+Unlimited) residential, commercial, or mixed-use towers in the UAE. • Credentials: Must be actively approved by Dubai Municipality (DM) with a G+Unlimited License. • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (Master's degree or PMP certification is a strong plus). • Leadership Style: A sharp, corporate white-collar executive with exceptional negotiation, communication, client-facing, and problem-solving skills. • Availability: Candidates currently in the UAE with transferable status are preferred.
