Project Manager For Events & Exhibitions

Job Summary The Project Manager – Events is responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing events and related projects from initiation to completion. The role ensures that all events are delivered on time, within scope, within budget, and in alignment with client expectations and company standards. The Project Manager leads cross\-functional teams, manages vendors and stakeholders, mitigates risks, and ensures operational excellence throughout the entire event lifecycle. Key Responsibilities 1\. Personally lead and execute all events and project activities, assuming full responsibility for implementation and successful delivery from concept to completion. 2\. Define event scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements. 3\. Break down events into actionable tasks and develop detailed project plans and schedules. 4\. Coordinate internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless execution. 5\. Liaise with clients to clarify requirements and ensure expectations are met throughout all phases. 6\. Prepare, manage, and monitor budgets to ensure financial targets are achieved. 7\. Identify, analyze, and mitigate risks, resolving issues in real\-time when necessary. 8\. Monitor project and event progress, ensuring compliance with scope, schedule, quality, and cost standards. 9\. Manage vendor selection, negotiations, and supplier performance. 10\.Obtain and manage required permits, approvals, and regulatory documentation. 11\. Provide regular status reports, updates, and presentations to management and stakeholders. 12\. Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, reports, and closure documentation. 13\. Drive process improvements and remove operational obstacles in collaboration with teams. 14\. Lead, mentor, and supervise project teams to ensure high performance and accountability. 15\.
