PROJECT MANAGER - EPC

A leading Oil & Gas EPC Contractor in the UAE is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the successful execution of major EPC projects from award through commissioning. Location: UAE Key Responsibilities • Lead the overall execution of EPC projects, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, schedule, and quality standards. • Manage engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and project close-out activities. • Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders. • Monitor project progress, cost control, productivity, and contractual compliance. • Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies. • Lead commercial discussions, variation orders, and change management. • Ensure compliance with HSE, QA/QC, and client requirements. • Prepare and present project progress reports to senior management and clients. • Mentor and lead multidisciplinary project teams. Requirements • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering. • 15+ years of EPC project management experience. • Minimum 8 years managing large-scale Oil & Gas EPC projects. • Proven experience in onshore or offshore EPC projects. • Strong knowledge of project execution, contracts, procurement, and project controls. • Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills. • PMP certification is an advantage. • UAE/GCC experience is highly preferred. • Experience on ADNOC, Saudi Aramco, or other major Oil & Gas projects is an added advantage.
