Project Manager

A leading construction organization is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of major high-rise building developments across Saudi Arabia. This opportunity is ideally suited to construction professionals with a proven track record of managing large-scale tower projects from mobilization through to handover, whilst maintaining full responsibility for schedule, budget, quality, safety, stakeholder management, and overall project delivery performance. • Bachelor s Degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering • Minimum 15+ years of construction experience • Minimum 8+ years of experience as a Project Manager • Proven experience delivering high-rise building and tower projects within Saudi Arabia • Demonstrated Project Management responsibility on high-rise projects valued in excess of SAR 500 Million • Strong contractor-side construction background • Experience managing the full project lifecycle from planning and mobilization through to completion and handover • Strong commercial, contractual, and stakeholder management capability • Experience leading multidisciplinary construction, engineering, and subcontractor teams • Strong understanding of project controls, budgeting, scheduling, QA/QC, and HSE management
