Project Lead – Data Management Framework

• Lead the design and implementation of a comprehensive data management framework, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements. • Define and enforce data governance policies, standards, and procedures across the organization to maintain data integrity, quality, and security. • Develop and manage the data lifecycle, from creation and acquisition to storage, usage, archiving, and disposal. • Oversee the implementation of data cataloging, metadata management, and data lineage tracking solutions. • Experience and Qualification 8–12 years of experience in: • Data projects delivery • Technology transformation • Data governance / data platform implementation • Proven hands-on delivery experience (not just governance or reporting). • Experience in banking / financial services highly preferred. • Experience delivering Data Management Framework or similar programs. Certifications (preferred): • PMP / PRINCE2 • Agile / SAFe • Exposure to regulatory environments (CBUAE, BCBS 239) preferred Technical & Domain Expertise (Critical for This Role) • Basic to intermediate understanding of: • Data governance concepts • Data quality processes • Data lineage and metadata
