Job description
• Develop and implement comprehensive HSE plans tailored to the specific risks of the Chennai project site, ensuring alignment with company policies and legal requirements.
• Conduct rigorous site inspections and audits to identify potential hazards, assess risks, and ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and environmental regulations.
• Lead and manage emergency response planning and drills, ensuring the site team is prepared to effectively handle any safety or environmental incidents.
• Investigate all accidents, incidents, and near misses, determining root causes and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• NEBOSH International General Certificate (IGC) or International Diploma (IDip) in Occupational Health and Safety is highly preferred.
• Minimum of 20 years of progressive experience in HSE management, with a significant portion in construction or industrial projects.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing robust HSE management systems (e.g., ISO 45001, ISO .

✔ Experience in Pipeline / Oil & Gas / EPC / Flowline / Wellhead / Brownfield / Upstream / Onshore
✔ Gulf / ADNOC experience preferred
✔ Clean-shaven policy applicable
❌ Candidates with Metro / Building / Road Infrastructure experience are not eligible
Age Criteria:
• Maximum age limit is 49 years
• For managerial positions, this may be extended up to 50 years if the candidate has significant Gulf experience
