Maintain a warranty claim form register and lead the efforts for all Warranty Coordination between Contractor and COMPANY. Lead the entire process of Warranty Claims, ensuring that each item is prioritized adequately. Facilitate the workflow for Warranty claims, ensuring timely DEFECT assignment and execution of repair. Support the Project Manager in project engineering work related to Contract, Construction, Quality, Safety, Interface and commissioning of Project. Support the Project Manager in Coordinating observations and findings by Operations or startup team which requires facilitation with the project team, including the Contractor for resolution. Support the Project Manager in the operations readiness plan (ORP), ensuring that deliverables are progressed as agreed with Operations Expansion and Support. Work in a project environment in which the incumbent strives to achieve best in class safety, health, environmental and security performance by creating a culture that encourages everyone to perform their best every day. Assist in the development and implementation of the training program for Young Qatari talents, in accordance with the national development program. • Bachelor's degree sciences or engineering. • Eight (8) years' experience in multiple project functions and assignments, e.g., project management, engineering, construction, procurement, etc. in the Oil & Gas Industry, including one (1) year experience in a supervisory role, including acting roles, or oversight of contractor / sub-contractors / service / vendor personnel. • Minimum five (5) years' experience in Project Execution, with a strong background in commissioning and startup, three (3) years' experience in warranty coordination. • Proven experience with Warranty claims and resolution. • Experience with major and first tier Contractors, Sub-Contractors and Vendors involved in the oil and gas industry. • Experience with regular LNG operations, Cause and effect and debottlenecking of operation unplanned downtime caused by DEFECTS. • Local experience is preferred. • Computer Literacy involving the regular use of professional office and technical applications. • Excellent written and spoken English skills. • Strong Planning and organizational skills. • Strong Team working and facilitation skills • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
