Project Engineer RLP

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Instrumentation Engineering • Experience of directly working as Project Engineer or Project Manager and not as a discipline engineer in multi-disciplinary projects (this is a critical factor, and several proposed candidates are only discipline engineers which doesn’t fulfil requirements of this role) • Proven expertise in project engineering, scope preparation, tendering, bid evaluation, risk assessment, contract management, and coordination with multidisciplinary teams • Ensuring project remains on schedule and within budget from inception to commissioning through FEED and Detailed Engineering • Significant experience of leading Brownfield projects • Experience of managing engineering and construction • Monitoring engineering contractor performance against project’s execution plan specifically for design, procurement, construction and material management objectives • Experience of developing Project Execution Strategies and Plans • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Instrumentation Engineering • Experience of directly working as Project Engineer or Project Manager and not as a discipline engineer in multi-disciplinary projects (this is a critical factor, and several proposed candidates are only discipline engineers which doesn’t fulfil requirements of this role)
