Project Engineer Facade

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex facade systems, ensuring structural integrity and aesthetic compliance. • Oversee the procurement and fabrication of facade materials, meticulously managing quality control and supplier relationships. • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and budgets, proactively identifying and mitigating potential risks. • Collaborate with architects, contractors, and consultants to translate design intent into constructible facade solutions. • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field. • Professional Engineer (PE) or Chartered Engineer (CEng) certification is highly desirable. • Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience specifically in facade engineering or building envelope design. • Proven track record in managing facade projects within the construction industry, preferably in high-rise or complex structures.
