Project Engineer – Civil

We are looking for an experienced Project Engineer – Civil to manage and oversee the execution of landscape, swimming pool, and water feature projects . The candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards. Key Responsibilities • Plan, supervise, and execute landscape, swimming pool, and water feature construction works. • Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution. • Review project drawings, specifications, BOQs, and technical documents. • Monitor daily site activities and ensure work progresses as per the approved schedule. • Manage site resources, including manpower, materials, and equipment. • Ensure compliance with project quality standards, safety regulations, and contractual requirements. • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports. • Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues during project execution. • Coordinate material procurement and monitor delivery schedules. • Verify contractor and subcontractor work, measurements, and billing. • Participate in project meetings and provide regular progress updates. • Ensure timely project handover and close-out documentation. • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering. • 4–8 years of experience in landscape, swimming pool, and water feature construction projects. • Hands-on experience in site execution, project coordination, and construction management. • Strong knowledge of civil construction methods, hardscape, softscape, swimming pools, water features, irrigation systems, and finishing works. • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications. • Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and MS Project (Primavera P6 is an advantage). • Good understanding of project planning, quality control, and HSE requirements. • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. • UAE/GCC experience and a valid UAE driving license are preferred.
