Vistas GlobalEngineering·Doha, Qatar·Full\-time·Ref: RRFT\-VG\-BSO\-2026\-1038 **About the role** ------------------ We are seeking an experienced Project Draftsman to prepare and develop executive and detailed drawings for engineering projects and interior fit\-out works, ensuring compliance with project requirements and approved standards. **What we're looking for** -------------------------- **Qualifications \& Experience** * Diploma or an accredited technical certificate in Engineering Drawing, Architecture, or its equivalent from a recognized entity. * Holding accredited certifications in AutoCAD, Revit, or BIM programs, or a related specialization, is preferred. * Minimum 7 years of experience in the field of engineering drawing for engineering projects and interior fit\-out works. * Proven experience in preparing executive and detailed drawings for multidisciplinary projects. * Experience in government projects or major projects within the State of Qatar or GCC countries is preferred. * Full proficiency in AutoCAD or Revit programs and Microsoft Office programs. * The ability to work under pressure and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams. **Skills \& Competencies** * Strong engineering drawing and drafting skills. * Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM programs. * Experience preparing executive drawings, detailed drawings, Shop Drawings, and As\-Built Drawings. * Strong coordination skills across multidisciplinary teams. * Ability to prepare coordination drawings and resolve technical conflicts. * Knowledge of interior fit\-out works and furniture (FF\&E) layouts and details. * Strong attention to detail and adherence to technical standards and quality control procedures. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs. * Strong organizational and document management skills. * Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
