Required Skills \& Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. * Proven experience managing large\-scale or complex projects. * Strong leadership and people management skills. * Expertise in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource management. * Experience with risk management and project governance. * Strong stakeholder and client relationship management skills. * Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities. * Experience managing contracts, vendors, and consultants. * Strong analytical, organizational, and decision\-making skills. * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast\-paced environment. * Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software such as Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, Jira, or similar platforms. Preferred Qualifications * Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification. * Experience delivering large infrastructure, engineering, construction, technology, or corporate transformation projects. * Knowledge of project controls, contract administration, and financial reporting. * Experience working with multidisciplinary and international teams.
