Project Coordinator

We are a well\-established Training Institute in the GCC, seeking a highly organized and detail\-oriented **Project Coordinator** to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will coordinate and manage training projects, ensuring the achievement of target student numbers, sales goals, and smooth interactions with students from screening to onboarding. **Key Responsibilities:** * Coordinate the planning, execution, and delivery of training programs and projects. * Ensure that target student numbers and sales goals are achieved for each training program. * Liaise with trainers, clients, and stakeholders to ensure program requirements are met. * Develop and maintain project timelines, ensuring all tasks are completed on schedule. * Track and report on project progress, addressing any issues or delays. * Organize training materials and resources, ensuring everything is ready for each session. * Coordinate with students from the initial screening phase through to onboarding for training. * Manage communication and follow\-up with students to ensure they are informed and prepared for the training. * Evaluate training programs and provide feedback for continuous improvement. **Skills \& Experience:** * Proven experience in project coordination or management, preferably in a training or education setting. * Strong sales and target\-driven mindset, with a focus on achieving student enrollment and program goals. * Strong organizational, multitasking, and time\-management skills. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, particularly with students. * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools. * Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. * Attention to detail, problem\-solving skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
