Project Coordinator – Fit-Out(Restaurant & Hospitality Industry)

**Role Overview** The Project Coordinator will oversee and support the execution of fit\-out projects within the restaurant and hospitality sector. This role ensures that design, construction, and finishing works are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The coordinator acts as a key liaison between contractors, suppliers, consultants, and internal stakeholders. **Key Responsibilities** * Assist in planning, scheduling, and monitoring fit\-out project activities. * Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services. * Track project progress, prepare status reports, and highlight risks or delays. * Ensure compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements. * Support procurement activities including quotations, negotiations, and purchase orders. * Maintain accurate documentation including contracts, drawings, and approvals. * Facilitate communication between project teams, consultants, and management. * Conduct site inspections to monitor work quality and adherence to timelines. * Assist in budget tracking and cost control measures. * Provide administrative and logistical support to the Project Manager. **Qualifications \& Skills** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field. * 3–5 years of experience in fit\-out projects, preferably in the restaurant/hospitality industry. * Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and finishing works. * Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. * Proficiency in MS Office and project management software. * Strong communication and negotiation abilities. * Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. **Competencies** * Attention to detail and quality assurance mindset. * Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills. * Problem\-solving and proactive approach. * Team player with adaptability in fast\-paced environments.
