What You ll Be Doing: • Develop fully baselined, resource-loaded, and labor-costed project schedules in accordance with project requirements. • Develop and maintain project schedules that include all agreed activities, deliverables, milestones, and client requirements based on the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS). • Implement and maintain project monitoring systems, including KPIs, earned value, total float, resource utilization, and cost tracking. • Monitor project progress, identify potential schedule risks, and develop recovery and contingency plans to maintain project objectives. • Review, monitor, and audit contractor schedules, planning methodologies, and reporting processes. • Perform schedule analysis and scenario modeling to assess the impact of potential project changes. • Provide schedule, risk, resource, cost, and delay analyses to support project decision-making. • Conduct critical path analysis and provide recommendations on potential issues, risks, and corrective actions. • Prepare and deliver regular project status reports for internal stakeholders and client requirements. • Develop and maintain Earned Value (EV) and KPI reports to monitor project performance. • Participate in project coordination meetings and provide planning support related to engineering, procurement, quality, cost, and delivery activities. • Bachelor s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field. • Minimum 8 years of project planning experience on major civil or infrastructure projects. • Strong technical expertise in Primavera P6. • Experience in schedule risk analysis, delay analysis, and claims evaluation. • Good understanding of financial and commercial aspects of project management. • Strong knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM), milestone tracking, KPI development, and performance reporting. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. • Experience working in multidisciplinary project environments and coordinating with multiple stakeholders. What Desired Skills You ll Bring: • Experience on rail, metro, transportation, or related infrastructure projects. • Knowledge of project controls, forecasting, and performance management methodologies. • Experience reviewing contractor schedules and planning deliverables on large-scale projects. • Professional planning or project management certifications are an advantage.
