**Project Control Manager** * **Location:** Oman * **Job Type:** Full\-Time * **Experience:** Minimum 5 Years * **Industry:** Construction **Position Overview** We are looking for an experienced **Project Control Manager** to oversee project planning, scheduling, cost control, progress monitoring, and reporting. The ideal candidate must have strong **construction site experience** and the ability to effectively coordinate with project teams. **Key Responsibilities** * Develop and maintain project schedules and timelines. * Monitor project progress against approved plans and schedules. * Manage project cost control, budgets, and forecasts. * Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports. * Identify project delays, risks, and potential cost overruns. * Coordinate with project managers, engineers, contractors, and site teams. * Track project performance and recommend corrective actions. * Ensure effective project documentation and reporting. * Support planning, forecasting, and overall project performance management. **Requirements** * Minimum **5 years of experience** in project controls or a related role. * **Construction site experience is mandatory.** * Strong knowledge of project planning, scheduling, and cost control. * Proficiency in **MS Project, Primavera P6, and MS Excel** is preferred. * Strong analytical, reporting, and coordination skills. * Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet project deadlines. **Interested candidates are invited to apply with their updated CV.** Work Location: In person
