**Project Control Manager** **Location:** Oman **Industry:** Construction / Engineering **Experience:** Minimum 4–5 Years **Job Summary** We are looking for an experienced **Project Control Manager** to oversee project planning, scheduling, cost control, progress monitoring, and reporting for construction and engineering projects in Oman. The ideal candidate should have strong project controls experience and the ability to coordinate with project teams, monitor performance, identify delays, and support timely project completion. **Key Responsibilities** * Develop, maintain, and monitor detailed project schedules. * Manage project planning, progress tracking, and reporting. * Monitor project performance against approved schedules and targets. * Identify delays, risks, and potential schedule impacts. * Prepare progress reports, dashboards, and management updates. * Coordinate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders. * Monitor project resources, productivity, and planned vs. actual progress. * Support cost control, forecasting, and project performance analysis. * Prepare recovery plans and recommend corrective actions where required. * Ensure project control procedures and reporting standards are properly implemented. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in **Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field**. * Minimum **4–5 years of relevant experience** in project controls, planning, or construction project management. * Experience in the **construction/engineering industry** is highly preferred. * Strong knowledge of project scheduling and progress monitoring. * Proficiency in **Primavera P6 and MS Excel**. * Knowledge of project control, cost monitoring, and reporting techniques. * Strong analytical, communication, coordination, and problem\-solving skills. * Ability to work effectively under deadlines and manage multiple project requirements. **How to Apply** Interested candidates with relevant experience are encouraged to apply with their updated CV. **Position:** Project Control Manager **Location:** Oman **Experience:** 4–5\+ Years Work Location: In person
